Eleena's coaching has been priceless in guiding me to better understand myself, identify my roadblocks, and problem solve so I feel empowered to act in alignment with my values and goals. Her presence is calming and supportive -- her nonjudgmental listening makes me feel seen and deeply understood, and her gentle yet firm questioning of my assumptions and patterns of thinking challenges me in exactly the right way. I have worked with many therapists/coaches before but I have never found someone who is able to meet my level of intensity and complex thinking like Eleena can. She "gets" me and my responses in a situation, and is able to guide my thinking and rationale so that I come to realize and am motivated on my own what actions to take. She doesn't prescribe action plans, with her questions she uncovers the power and wisdom within me so I become own best advocate. I am learning so much from her by the way she articulates her own thinking and emotional processes. She is an exemplary coach!
