Those that work with the corporate clients typically find Globesmart, the DISC assessment, or Carlson's Perceptive Communications assessment instrumental to addressing any team working issues. Those working on DEIJ Issues would likely find the intercultural diversity inventory assessment quite informative and helpful for tracking progress.
It seems that there is no one assessment that is best but it varies based on preference and circumstance. Would it be unrealistic, unwieldy, or even not recommended to get certified in and offer all the aforementioned assessments or is it better to pick a few and get very specialized?
